You want an epic destination wedding weekend but you don't want a second full-time job planning or managing it, we got you! Whether we are scouting the perfect venue from the beginning or picking up the pieces right where you left off, we handle every single moving part of your planning process. From vetting vendors, managing the logistics in between to your event design, we handle it all! Plus, we travel on-site to execute every event we plan of your wedding weekend flawlessly.

Remote wedding DEsign Plan
You are getting married at a venue that already provides an onsite coordinator or you are hiring a day-of coordinator to handle the timeline and the setup but, you want to make sure your wedding looks cohesive and completely unique to you. We handle all the creative and visual work remotely from our Vancouver studio. We build you a comprehensive digital design plan that includes everything from custom color palettes, table mockups, décor visuals, rentals and sourcing guides, floor plans and even a floral design brief that you can hand directly to your team to execute.

What’s Included:
30 hours of design work which includes a kickoff meeting, questionnaire review, full design plan, 2 hr+ design review meeting followed up with edits and notes to finalize and complete your design plan.
90 Minute Planning Strategy Call
You are handling the wedding planning yourself, but you’ve hit a wall in the planning process or you need an expert second opinion. This is a single, focused 90-minute video session that you can book whenever it is needed throughout your planning process. Bring your budget questions, your confusing vendor contracts or your timeline for review and let’s iron out the details. You get direct access to our 15+ years of industry experience to get your wedding planning back on track with total confidence.
