Expert guidance without the cost of a full service event planner. This flexible service gives you a "planner on call" for tasks, vision, design help, logistics and professional oversight. Perfect for couples who also want to be hands on in the planning process but still have an expert wedding planner in their corner.
How it Works:
Kickoff Retainer: $150 (includes your virtual kick-off meeting and planning roadmap).
Hourly Support: $60/hr. Work with us as much or as little as you need.

Our Event E-Design service gives you a fully customized design plan delivered straight to your inbox so you can create a cohesive and elevated celebration without the cost of hiring a full service planner and designer. You get the creative direction and curated details you need while staying hands-on with the execution or hiring a day-of coordinator to implement.

30 hours of design work which includes a kickoff meeting, questionnaire review, full design plan, 2 hr+ design review meeting followed up with edits and notes to finalize and complete your design plan.

For Intimate Destination CelebrationsOur Full-Service Destination Planning and Design is designed for couples hosting intimate celebrations of 80 guests or fewer throughout the Pacific Northwest, New England, Rome and beyond.
From the initial design concept to on-site management, we handle the unique logistics of destination weddings ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Beyond the wedding day, we curate local experiences, from hidden-gem restaurant recommendations, private tours, boat excursions, wine tastings to weekend itineraries, ensuring you and your guests are fully immersed in your destination of choice.
InvestmenT Expectations:
Planning & Design: $60/hr (billed monthly). This flexible model allows you to stay as involved as you’d like.
On-Site Management: Flat fee starting at $3,000 for full wedding weekend execution. Travel expenses are reimbursed separately.
Typical Total Investment: Most couples invest a total between $15,000–$25,000 in fees for a 12+ month full planning and design process.
