Think of it as having a wedding planner on call: we step in as much or as little as you need, keeping your planning organized, intentional, and stress-free.

Destination Full Service Event Planning & Design

Our Destination Full Service Event Planning & Design service is designed for couples hosting intimate celebrations of 80 guests or fewer who want full support from the very beginning to the final dance. From initial concept and design to vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site management for your wedding weekend, every detail is carefully planned so you can truly relax and enjoy the experience.

As a frequent traveler, destination weddings are my specialty. Beyond planning and design, I curate local guides, restaurant recommendations, and bespoke experiences so your wedding week feels like a true immersion into the destination. From welcome dinners to hidden-gem tours, I help craft moments that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime.

How It Works

  • Hourly Planning & Design: All planning and design work is billed at $60 per hour and invoiced monthly. This flexible structure allows you to decide how involved I am, whether you’d like me to manage everything or just specific pieces. Many couples choose to handle a few details themselves, making this approach both tailored and cost-effective.

  • On-Site Wedding Weekend Management: Required for destination weddings, this fee starts at $2,500 and is customized based on the scope, size, and number of events. Travel expenses are reimbursed separately.

Investment Expectations

Every wedding is unique, and the total cost depends on your vision and scope. On average, a full-service destination wedding planned 12+ months in advance typically ranges between $15,000-$25,000 in planning and design fees. This estimate includes the hours required for comprehensive support, but with my hourly model, you maintain full flexibility in how much or how little I’m involved.
